I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel is clean and offers comfortable amenities, with a pool that provides stunning sunset views. However, the dining options could be more varied, and there are some safety concerns regarding the lighting outside at night. While my first room was a bit chaotic due to an overbooking error, the staff did their best to accommodate me afterward.

I had a wonderful family trip at The Westin Resort Guam for my wife's birthday. The beach is stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. However, the dining experience at The Mix was disappointing due to slow service. Overall, the hotel offers great amenities and comfortable accommodations, but improvements in dining service could make it even better.
